الشروط والأحكام | ساعة روز

أولاً: تعريف ساعة روز

ساعة روز هي عرض ترويجي خاص يتم تفعيله مرة واحدة أسبوعيًا، حيث يتم اختيار ساعة واحدة بشكل عشوائي خلال الأسبوع، تُعرض خلالها منتجات محددة بأسعار مخفضة وغير مسبوقة.

ثانيًا: آلية العرض

•يتم تفعيل ساعة روز مرة واحدة كل أسبوع.

•يختلف يوم العرض، توقيته، ونسبة الخصم من أسبوع لآخر وفقًا لتقدير روز.

•مدة العرض ستون (60) دقيقة فقط تبدأ وتنتهي تلقائيًا في الوقت المحدد.

ثالثًا: المنتجات المشمولة

يشمل العرض المنتجات التالية فقط:

•الحجم الليلي

•الحجم الوسط

•الحجم الصغير

ولا يشمل أي منتجات أخرى غير مذكورة صراحة.

رابعًا: شروط الطلب

•الحد الأقصى للطلب هو عبوتان (2) فقط من كل منتج مشمول في العرض للعميل الواحد.

•يجب إتمام عملية الطلب والدفع بالكامل قبل انتهاء مدة ساعة روز، وأي طلب غير مكتمل بعد انتهاء الوقت المحدد يُلغى تلقائيًا

•عند انتهاء ساعة روز، تعود أسعار المنتجات تلقائيًا إلى أسعارها المعتمدة قبل العرض دون أي إشعار إضافي.

خامسًا: القيود والاستثناءات

•العرض متاح للطلبات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية فقط.

•لا يمكن استخدام أي أكواد خصم أو عروض ترويجية أخرى بالتزامن مع ساعة روز.

•تخضع جميع الطلبات خلال ساعة روز لسياسة البيع، الشحن، و الإسترجاع المعتمدة لدى روز.

سادسًا: أحكام عامة

تحتفظ روز بحق تعديل أو إيقاف العرض أو أي من شروطه في أي وقت وفقًا لتقديرها، على أن يسري التعديل على العروض المستقبلية فقط.

سابعًا: التواصل

في حال وجود أي استفسار، يمكن التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء عبر القنوات الرسمية المعتمدة لروز.



Terms and Conditions | Rose Hour

First: Definition of Rose Hour

Rose Hour is a special promotional offer activated once per week, during which one hour is randomly selected within the week to offer selected products at unprecedented discounted prices.

Second: Offer Mechanism

•Rose Hour is activated once every week.

•The day, time, and discount rate vary from week to week at Rose’s discretion.

•The duration of the offer is sixty (60) minutes only and starts and ends automatically at the specified time.

Third: Eligible Products

The offer applies exclusively to the following products:

•Over Night size

•Medium size

•Small size

No other products are included unless explicitly stated.

Fourth: Order Conditions

•The maximum purchase limit is two (2) packs per eligible product per customer.

•Orders must be fully completed and paid for before the end of Rose Hour. Any incomplete order after the specified time will be automatically canceled.

•Once Rose Hour ends, product prices will automatically revert to their original prices without prior notice.

Fifth: Restrictions and Exclusions

•The offer is valid for orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

•Additional discount codes or promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with Rose Hour.

•All orders placed during Rose Hour are subject to Rose’s applicable sales, shipping, and return policies.

Sixth: General Provisions

Rose reserves the right to amend or discontinue the offer or any of its terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any such amendments shall apply to future offers only.
